Marrakech Art Glass Sculpture

$1,250.00

In the souks of the Marrakech medina, baskets overflow with sumptuous spices, carefully-painted tagines are stacked on tabletops, and intricate textiles hang along the walls of each maze-like twist and turn. This kiln-formed art glass sculpture is composed of pre-fired glass sheets of black, red, and amber in a palette and design that nod to these vibrant Moroccan markets. The piece is embellished with dichroic elements, shifting colors in the light. A custom steel stand is included for display. Due to the unique nature of creation, each sculpture may vary slightly in color and size.
