Autumn Art Gass Vessel

$750.00

As summer fades to fall, the trees across the Great Smoky Mountains prepare for their spectacular show. Dazzling yellow, orange, and gold mingle with rich earthy brown in this handcrafted glass piece inspired by autumn's splendid colors. A composition of transparent, iridescent, and opaque glass, this vessel is formed by cutting pre-designed glass sheets into strips, then arranging and layering them to create a unique design. This is then fired and slumped on a custom form, giving the piece its gently curving shape, like a fallen leaf curled on the forest floor. Each vessel will vary slightly in size, shape, and design. To clean, wash gently with warm soapy water.
